Between February and the end of May, we will host three workshops for children and families focused on contemporary art, nature and creativity
Divertiamoci imparando nei musei e nelle biblioteche is the long-standing programme promoted by the Civic Museums and Libraries of La Spezia. The new season, spanning the period between the second half of winter and spring, offers a wide calendar of playful activities dedicated to children and families. Museums and libraries become places of active discovery, where cultural heritage opens up to participatory, accessible and shared experiences. At CAMeC we will host three workshops, one of which is dedicated to families as part of the KID PASS DAYS.
Tracce di natura
Sunday, 1 March 2026, 4 pm
Starting from the evocative plant forms featured in the exhibition Fotosintesi. Fotografie dalla Collezione Carla Sozzani, we will observe images and details together. In the workshop, participants will then experiment with a printing practice inspired by Gyotaku, an ancient Japanese technique based on the direct imprint of natural elements, transforming observation into a creative gesture.
Uovo d’artista
Sunday, 29 March 2026, 4 pm
In the lead-up to Easter, we will be guided by one of the most ancient and universal symbols: the egg. We will observe colours, shapes and techniques used by artists such as Keith Haring, Andy Warhol and Joan Miró, and create our own “artist’s egg”, experimenting with the languages and materials of contemporary art.
