Have Mermaids Always Had Tails?
Artistic aperitif organized by the Amici del CAMeC association, curated by Enrica Melossi, an expert in visual imagery.
The long journey of mermaids to acquire their tails: this is the theme of the event, which promises many surprises for participants. A transformation that began over two thousand years ago, from monstrous birds to seductive creatures with enchanting voices and shimmering tails. A journey through images, accompanied by verses from Homer, moving through Ovid, Andersen, Proust, Tomasi di Lampedusa, Mario Soldati, and many others.
Bar setup for aperitifs and refreshments inside CAMeC (from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM).
