Guided tour of Rethinking Romanticism in Contemporary Art

On Sunday, 2 August at 5.00 pm, we are offering a free guided tour of the temporary exhibition Rethinking Romanticism in Contemporary Art.

Led by our museum educators, the tour will guide visitors through the exhibition conceived by curator Elena Volpato, exploring works, artists and themes that reinterpret the Romantic sensibility through the lens of contemporary artistic research.

A journey through nature, vision and the infinite

The exhibition invites us to consider how Romanticism continues to resonate in the present: our relationship with nature, the desire to transcend boundaries, the longing for the infinite, and the power of imagination and contemplation.

The guided tour will offer an opportunity to explore the exhibition’s key themes in greater depth and discover the connections between the artists, the works and the questions that run throughout the exhibition.

An initiative in collaboration with Amici del CAMeC

The event is organised in collaboration with the Amici del CAMeC Association, which supports initiatives dedicated to enhancing the museum’s collections and exhibitions, fostering engagement and bringing audiences closer to modern and contemporary art.
